Charity Donations
Each year we support a regional charity. This year, we will support the Gladys Ray shelter. “The mission of the the Gladys Ray Shelter (GRS) is to provide a safe, comfortable temporary shelter to people who cannot access other shelter options in the community, and to help connect people to housing and services in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment.”

If You’re Showing a Car
You can enter as many Volkswagens as you would like. If you’re showing a car/cars, please do not arrive until 9:00 at the earliest. We park the cars by type as best we can, so please listen to the parking volunteer on where to park, and do the best you can on parking even/straight next to your neighbors. Once parked you can find our registration tent and get signed up/collect your goodie bag and dash signage. There is limited trailer parking on site/in the area. A parking map will be posted here and on our Facebook page when we are closer to the day-of. There is also a pre-show cruise and welcome party on July 28th; keep scrolling to find those details.

Rules

  • No scooters, skateboards, skates, bikes, or other recreational wheels allowed in the show area for kids or adults. Leave it at home.
  • Do not ever touch or climb into any car without permission from its owner.
  • If you carry a large tote bag, handbag, backpack, keys/phone on a lanyard, etc., keep it close so it won’t drag along a car as you look.
  • Keep track of children. We love and welcome kids but we do not love sticky fingers or scratches and dents on our VWs.
  • Pets must be leashed and well-behaved.
  • Please find a volunteer and donate! Our club uses donations like yours to run events like this!
  • Clean up after yourself. There are garbage and recycling cans available around the venue.
  • Be courteous while inside the Visitors’ Center; we’re their guests and we like to leave a good impression.
  • Stay home if you have symptoms of any illness.
